Please select a username for yourself. If you don't mind other members knowing who your are,
please choose a username which is recognizably related to your real name or identity, e.g. use your WWU universal username -- this will enable the site administrator to figure out who you are and distinguish legitimate new users from spam accounts, so your account can be activated with no delays.
If you'd rather choose a username that obscures your real identity on the site, that's okay too, but the site administrator still needs to confirm your identity. If he can't figure out who you are on the membership list based on your username or email address, he will need to contact you via email to confirm your legitimacy before activating your account.
Also, if at all possible,
please supply a non-WWU email address. Because union business generally should not be conducted using state resources, your WWU email address should not be used in conjunction with it.
